The UKBF Team do NOT condone any aggressive or violent acts performed during flashmobs or events organised on this site. Any proposed events suspected of intending such actions will be removed. Any views or opinions expressed by registered members of www.ukbigfreeze.co.uk or forum.ukbigfreeze.co.uk are independent to aforementioned member and do not necessarily reflect in any way the views and/or opinions of those officially affiliated with the UK Big Freeze websites.

2. Privacy
Although any and all information you provide (Excluding password details) can be viewed by other users of our services unless otherwise stated, we do not directly collect, distribute or sell any user details to any 3rd party organisations. You do understand though that your use of our services gives implied consent for collection and private use of your details for maintaining and improving service quality and efficiency.

6. Event Organiser Agreement
Any registered member of our services who 'Create an Event' through the services agree to the follwing conditions with specific reference to the event in question.

You agree not to organise any event or collaborative action which could be considered dangerous or offensive either to the participants or other. You agree to not knowingly and willingly cause obstruction to the public or emergency services. You as the event organiser agree to take full responsibility for any event organised under your registered account including responsibility of the well-being of its participants and surrounding public. You agree not to upload any explicit or illegal content or to organise any illegal activity through our services.
